It's been 4 weeks now that I've given up processed junk food and started eating healthy again and  I feel pretty good.  I've lost about 6 pounds, not great, but it's a start.  My problems with acid indigestion are just about all gone, praise God!
I feel like I need to "up" my game though, so I am going to consciously eat more fruits and veggies and have a smoothie each morning.  I've been eating very healthy, but not eating as many fruits and veggies like I should.  After this period of time, I'll change from cooked veggies to more raw veggies.  It's a process and it takes time, but I'm determined to make it work this time. 
I slipped a little when we went to Disneyland last week and I was mad at myself, but I have to realize that I'm not a robot, I'm human and I'm going to make mistakes.   I just made sure that I ate healthy everyday thereafter, so I'm back to where I should be.
